New Business Sales Executive

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a bubbly, energetic, and motivated New Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you're a natural people person who enjoys building relationships, engaging with new clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for business development. You'll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within our team is essential. Qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related discipline would be advantageous but are not essential.

WHAT YOU'll be doing

Working across both B2B and B2C sectors, you'll use a supplied database to identify and connect with prospective clients, introduce our services, and demonstrate the value we can deliver. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Social Media Executive (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a confident, creative and commercially aware Social Media Executive to manage multiple client accounts and lead their social presence with purpose.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, create beautifully, and report intelligently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Account Management

Manage multiple client social accounts with a tailored, goal-driven approach
Develop and implement clear social strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan campaigns, launches and always-on content

Content Creation

Produce engaging, high-quality content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Google Business
Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Capture photography where required
Write compelling captions that drive engagement and action
Create and manage structured content calendars

Community & Growth

Build engaged online communities
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions professionally
Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
Develop UGC initiatives to amplify reach

Paid Social (Advantageous)

Support planning and optimisation of paid campaigns via Meta Business Manager
Assist with budget management and performance improvements

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs across platforms
Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth
Produce clear, insightful client reports with strategic recommendations

Client Communication

Present ideas confidently
Maintain clear and proactive communication
Provide updates, performance reviews and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in a similar social media role (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends and best practice
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences
Experience with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools and scheduling platforms
Strong copywriting skills
Confident shooting and editing short-form video
Excellent organisation and time management
Ability to juggle multiple brands without compromising quality
Commercial awareness — you understand results matter
