We started this success story, by taking a step backwards to the beginning to look at why a customer would purchase, SB Software’s product, Vendmanager. We quickly realised that up until this point all advertising had focused on the intricate details of the software system, it was time for this to take a backseat. We generated this new concept that purely revolves around the user, and how the user will benefit from Vendmanager.

 

This concept was hinged around good cohesive headlines paired with a detailed infographic to make the campaign shine. Our goal with this campaign was that if the user took nothing away from the advert other than reading the title, we should have already made an impact and hopefully struck a cord with their ‘problems’.

delivering a confident message, ask why we are better?

With a company strapline of ‘Simply Better’, we decided to home in on this and really use this as a part of our new strategy going forward. We placed a large focus on this, pairing it with a set of 4 benefit groups. Profitability, Efficiency, Visibility and Customer Service, these groups became the crux behind our advertising campaign.

 

Each of these messages were supported with a unique colour scheme, drawn infographics highlighting elements within these benefit groups, and supporting the core headline statement.
