A growing physiotherapy practice came to the Creative team with a clear purpose: to generate more leads.
MM Physiotherapy, based in Todmorden and Whalley, has a talented team of expert practitioners trained to identify and treat all kinds of injuries and ailments. To continue to grow the business and target new customers, Creative recommended a slick new web presence and a bespoke outdoor marketing campaign for MM Physiotherapy.
Both the website and outdoor marketing campaign utilised strong, emotive messaging and bespoke professional photography to communicate the brand’s USPs. Updating the company’s four-year-old website, the Creative team designed and developed a custom WordPress site.
We chose WordPress as the ideal platform for MM Physiotherapy’s website as it enabled us to create a bespoke design based on the company’s distinct branding and messaging. The Creative team focused on page speed, mobile responsiveness and SEO when building the new MM Physiotherapy website.
Consequently, the upgraded website is far more refined for use on mobile devices; identified as a key objective for the company’s core customer base. With a range of classes and appointments available to customers, the new website not only makes it easier for customers to book appointments and access useful information online, but it also attracts more traffic from search engines.
To achieve this, we planned and implemented a search engine optimisation strategy involving existing content on the company’s previous website. We optimised a number of key web pages to enable them to be crawled, indexed and ranked favourably by Google and other search engines. By doing so, we significantly increasing the likelihood of MM Physiotherapy’s website showing up on search engine results pages, or SERPs.
In addition to creating a revitalised web presence, Creative also worked with the MM Physiotherapy team to produce and roll out a bold outdoor marketing campaign. Incorporating the website’s emotive strap-lines to maintain instantly recognisable, cohesive branding, we transported key messages onto the walls of MM Physiotherapy’s new Whalley premises.
To create a buzz about the new centre, we use the same branding and messaging in print and outdoor advertising. We targeted key outdoor locations with simple, directional signage and identified a glossy Ribble Valley lifestyle magazine as a premium channel to attract the business’s typical demographic.
